Precautions When Operating A DTH Drilling Rig

The operation of DTH Drilling rig should note:

• 1.Always pay attention to check the screw, nut, joint connection and fasten the gas path and water path (water dust removal) section between the frame and the main engine.
• 2.Pay attention to the oil mist detector during work, and check the lubrication of the wind motor and impact device.
• 3.Clean the wind motor with gasoline or diesel at intervals, and observe the damage of the motor blades.
• 4.When the machine stops working in a short time, a small amount of compressed air should be given to avoid the sediment impacting the inside of the device. If the machine stops working for a long time, the impact device must be lifted from 1-2 meters and fixed at the bottom of the hole.
• 5.When working, pay attention to the sound of the impactor and whether the machine is running normally. If any abnormal phenomenon is found, stop the machine immediately for inspection.
• 6.When adding new drill pipes, special attention should be paid to the cleaning of the inside of the drill pipes to avoid sand and gravel mixing into the inside and damaging parts or causing outage accidents. (Usually use compressed air to blow and wash several times).
